What Avetta® actually requires
A hiring client tells you to register on Avetta® before you can bid. Opening the account is the quick part. Passing review is not.
Avetta® scores six things. Every one of them is on us:
Avetta®'s annual update lands March 31 every year, and each review cycle often runs 10–15 business days.
We complete the PQF in full, write the missing safety programs to your trade, and resubmit until every required item is accepted for your hiring client. Then maintenance keeps it there, including the annual update.
| What Avetta® reviews | Where it comes from | Who prepares it |
|---|---|---|
| PQF | PQF — the prequalification form | We do |
| Written safety programs | Written to your trade and your operations | We do |
| EMR letter | Your insurance carrier or broker | You forward it · we coordinate |
| Certificate of insurance | Your broker | You forward it · we check and upload |
| OSHA 300 / 300A logs | Your own records | You forward them · we format and upload |

Start to accepted
Four steps, one loop, and one outcome.
- 01 Day 0 Agreement signed Scope, the guarantee window and the refund remedy in writing — before any payment.
- 02 Days 1–3 You send documents Insurance certificates, OSHA logs, rosters. An afternoon, with our checklist.
- 03 Days 4–10 We build and submit Profile built, questionnaire completed, missing safety programs written to your trade.
- 04 Days 10–25+ Platform review Each cycle often runs 10–15 business days on the platform’s side.
- Accepted Every required item in accepted status. You are cleared to bid.
Step 4 repeats. A rejected item comes back, we rework it and resubmit — at no extra charge, with no resubmission limit — until the platform accepts it. That review loop is the part we take over.
Review time belongs to the platform, not to us: the guarantee covers our work being accepted, not their clock.
