What Avetta® actually requires
A hiring client tells you to register on Avetta® before you can bid. Opening the account is the quick part. Passing review is not.
Avetta® scores your PQF (prequalification form), your written safety programs, the EMR letter from your broker, your COI, and your OSHA 300 and 300A logs. Avetta®'s annual update lands March 31 every year, and each review cycle often runs 10–15 business days.
We complete the PQF in full, write the missing safety programs to your trade, and resubmit until you hold green flag status for your hiring client. Then maintenance keeps it there, including the annual update.
What the $1,795 setup covers on Avetta®
The setup fee covers the PQF completed in full, two written safety programs authored to your trade and operations, OSHA 300 / 300A log formatting and upload, and EMR broker-letter coordination — plus COI collection checked against your hiring client's stated requirements, and submission, with every resubmission, through green-status determination: green flag status for your named hiring-client connection.
