FAQ / additional questions

$1,795 setup, $147/mo maintenance, $349 per written program beyond the two included, +$49/mo per extra hiring-client connection, +$99/mo for a second platform. That's the whole published schedule — base scope is one platform and one hiring-client connection; add-ons and rescue-account pricing are on the schedule too. The platforms' own subscription fees are separate, paid by you to them directly.

We resubmit until green-status determination; every resubmission is included in the setup fee. Rejections are normal in this category (generic templates are why), and our programs are written to your trade and your operations to avoid the classic rejection causes.

Keep using them for that. The brokers' tool covers insurance documents only. The rest of it (an MSQ that can run past a thousand questions, the written safety programs ISNetworld® calls RAVS®, OSHA logs, training records, ongoing monitoring) is where the real contractor time goes. That's our part. Insurance questions always go back to your broker; we don't touch coverage advice.

Their support explains what's required, and helpfully so. But they're the reviewer, not your advocate: they won't write your programs, fill your questionnaire, or manage your account so it stays green. We do exactly that part.

Included: everything in the pricing table above, through green-status determination. On you: gathering the source documents from your files/broker/accountant (our checklist makes it an afternoon), adding us as a named user, and confirming facts we can't know: your equipment, your chemicals, your people. We draft it from your documents, you confirm the facts, and only then do we submit.

AI drafts it; that's why we're fast and why the price stays flat. Then Boban K. reviews every program against the platform's acceptance criteria and your actual operations before submission, and you sign off on the facts.

We're built for 20–100-employee industrial contractors — electrical, mechanical, scaffolding, environmental, pipeline, welding. Smaller, but a client requires it? Talk to us. Sole proprietor price-shopping? A $497 DIY kit is honestly your better buy, and we'll say so.
