We onboard a maximum of five new clients per month, so every account gets senior review before anything is submitted. Clients onboarded this month get their first 90 days of maintenance free with paid setup; maintenance then bills at $147/month and can be cancelled any time.

How it works

What we actually do on your account.

The whole file: the questionnaire, the written safety programs, the certificates, and every rejection the reviewer sends back — until it reads accepted.

Start to accepted

Four steps, one loop, and one outcome. The detail for each day is further down.

  1. 01 Day 0 Agreement signed Scope, the guarantee window and the refund remedy in writing — before any payment.
  2. 02 Days 1–3 You send documents Insurance certificates, OSHA logs, rosters. An afternoon, with our checklist.
  3. 03 Days 4–10 We build and submit Profile built, questionnaire completed, missing safety programs written to your trade.
  4. 04 Days 10–25+ Platform review Each cycle often runs 10–15 business days on the platform’s side.
  5. Accepted Every required item in accepted status. You are cleared to bid.

Step 4 repeats. A rejected item comes back, we rework it and resubmit — at no extra charge, with no resubmission limit — until the platform accepts it. That review loop is the part we take over.

Review time belongs to the platform, not to us: the guarantee covers our work being accepted, not their clock.

PendingSubmission sits in the platform's review queue.
ClearedEach rejected item is reworked and resubmitted until accepted.

Who does what

The one question every contractor asks before signing.

Your side

Four things, once

  • Forward your certificate of insurance
  • Forward the EMR letter from your carrier
  • Forward your OSHA 300 / 300A logs
  • Add us as a named user on your own account

Plus confirming facts we cannot know: your equipment, your chemicals, your people. We never ask for your password.

Our side

Everything else, until it is accepted

  • The questionnaire completed in full — MSQ or PQF
  • Every written safety program your hiring client requires
  • OSHA log formatting, EMR coordination, COI checks
  • Submission — and every resubmission after a rejection
  • Expiration tracking and renewals, month to month

No per-program charge and no resubmission limit. If we cannot get your required items accepted, you are not charged the setup fee at all.

What happens on each day

The same four steps, with the detail the homepage leaves out.

  1. Day 0

Agreement signed. Scope, the guarantee window, and the refund remedy are in writing before any payment. Nothing is sent until an agreement is signed.

  2. Days 1–3

You forward the documents: insurance certificates, OSHA logs, rosters, and existing programs. The checklist tells you exactly what to dig up.An afternoon for most contractors.

  3. Days 4–10

We build and submit. Profile built, questionnaires completed, missing safety programs written to your trade and your operations.

  4. Days 10–25+

Platform review cycles. Each cycle often runs 10–15 business days and can repeat. We resubmit until every required item is accepted.Review time belongs to the platform, not to us — the guarantee covers our work being accepted, not their clock.
