What “accepted” means. ISNetworld® or Avetta® marks each required item in your account — your questionnaire, your documents, and every written safety program — as accepted. The platform decides that, not us. It is not a grade and not a score: a profile can have every required item accepted and still carry whatever grade your own safety history produces.

In our July 2026 review of 26 US done-for-you firms, only 4 published their own service price at all — the rest quote only after a phone call.

Your written safety programs are included — every one your hiring client requires. Written to your trade and your actual operations, then revised and resubmitted until the platform accepts them.

Other firms sell you the documents and leave you to submit them yourself; here they are part of the setup fee, at no separate charge, however many the platform asks for.

Price schedule as published. Platform subscription fees (paid to ISNetworld®/Avetta®) are separate and paid by you directly — we never mark them up or bill them through.

Worked example (illustrative). A 40-person mechanical contractor whose hiring client requires five written safety programs — $1,495 setup, all five programs included, so $1,495 one-time, then $147/mo maintenance, which covers up to five hiring clients.

Add +$99/mo for a second platform if needed.

Maintenance billing, plainly. $147/mo, billed monthly, month-to-month. Under the current offer it starts after your first 90 free days.

Cancel any time by emailing [email protected] — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period, and no further months are charged. The signed agreement carries the same terms.
