What we collect

ClearedToBid collects the information you submit through our intake form or send by email, including your name, company, contact information, account status, hiring-client information and notes. After an agreement is signed, we may also process the business records and account materials needed to provide the service.

How we use it

We use this information to answer your inquiry, scope and deliver services, maintain security, keep business records and comply with applicable obligations. We do not sell your personal information or add you to marketing lists you did not request.

Service providers and AI-assisted processing

We may use hosting, email, payment and business-software providers to operate the service. Personal identifiers such as SSNs, licenses and birthdates are redacted before documents enter AI-assisted processing. Client documents are processed under terms that do not train public AI models.

Analytics and logs

We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics or similarly privacy-conscious analytics to understand aggregate site usage. Hosting and security providers may retain ordinary technical logs, including IP address, user agent and requested pages.

Retention and removal

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including legal, accounting and security needs. To request access, correction or deletion, email [email protected].

We work as a named user added by your administrator. We do not ask for, hold or share your master password. You can remove our access at any time.
