Refund Policy

Setup-fee remedy

Green status reached, or your setup fee is refunded.

If your account doesn’t reach the defined green status for your named hiring-client connection, your setup fee comes back — in full, as defined in the agreement you sign before any work starts. Full terms — including what counts as green status, the timeline, what we need from you, and the exclusions — are shown in plain language before you sign. No fine-print surprises.

We put the refund remedy in writing — most firms in this category don’t.

Guarantee scope: "green status" means the platform's own published passing state (an A or B grade on ISNetworld®; green flag status on Avetta®) for the one named platform + hiring-client connection in your agreement. If that status is not reached within the guarantee window stated in your agreement (a fixed number of weeks, shown before you sign and before any payment), the $1,795 setup fee is refunded in full, to your original payment method, within 10 business days. Excluded: client-caused delay, inaccurate information, and hiring-company criteria beyond the platform's published requirements.

Refunds require no forms beyond a written request, and are never issued as store credit. The guarantee window in the current agreement is 12 weeks, counted from our receipt of your complete documents.

Guarantee applies to the named platform + hiring-client connection in your agreement; it requires timely documents, portal user access, and accurate information from your side.

Controlling terms

The signed agreement controls eligibility, procedure, timing, client duties, exclusions, and the definition of green status. Review those terms before signing and ask about anything that is unclear.

Maintenance payments

Maintenance is $147 per month, month-to-month, and may be canceled as provided in the signed agreement. To cancel, email [email protected]; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period. This setup-fee remedy does not automatically apply to maintenance fees, platform subscription charges or separately scoped add-ons.

Platform charges

Platform subscription fees paid directly to ISNetworld® or Avetta® are separate. ClearedToBid does not mark them up, bill them through or control either platform’s refund rules.
