What we do

ClearedToBid provides account setup and maintenance support for contractor-prequalification platforms. The standard setup is $1,795 and covers one platform and one hiring-client connection, including the work described in the published pricing schedule. Maintenance is $147 per month. Add-ons are priced as published or agreed in writing before work starts.

Agreement and scope

The signed service agreement controls the engagement, including scope, client duties, payment, timing, exclusions and the definition of green status. We accept no documents, screen-shares or portal access before that agreement is signed.

The services are offered and sold to businesses for business and commercial purposes in connection with the client’s contracting business, and are not offered for personal, family or household use.

Not legal, insurance or engineering advice

ClearedToBid is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice; it is not an insurance producer or consultant and does not advise on insurance coverage; it does not provide engineering services. We prepare documents and complete platform questionnaires from information you supply and confirm. We do not inspect, audit or certify your actual jobsite or field safety practices, and no jobsite-safety duty is assumed or undertaken.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for supplying complete, timely and accurate information; gathering source records; confirming facts only you know; maintaining platform subscriptions; and adding ClearedToBid as a named user where required. You must have authority to provide the materials and authorize the requested account work.

Account access and ownership

Your administrator adds us as a named individual user. We do not ask for, hold or share your master password. You retain control of your account and may remove our access. Subject to payment and the signed agreement, work product created specifically for you belongs to you and is exportable where the platform permits.

Platform decisions

ISNetworld® and Avetta® control their review queues, acceptance decisions, platform rules and subscription charges. ClearedToBid cannot control their timing or prevent them from changing requirements.

Independent service

ClearedToBid is in no way endorsed, sponsored, approved by, or otherwise affiliated with ISN Software Corporation (ISNetworld®) or Avetta, LLC (Avetta®). ISNetworld® and Avetta® are registered trademarks of their respective owners, used for identification only.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law and except as expressly stated in the signed agreement, ClearedToBid is not liable — whether in contract, tort (including ClearedToBid’s own negligence, negligent misrepresentation, or any professional-negligence theory) or otherwise — for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost bids, lost profits or third-party platform actions, and total liability shall not exceed the fees paid. Any applicable liability limits should be confirmed in the signed agreement after legal review.

Governing law

These website terms and any dispute arising from this website are governed by Indiana law, and shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.
