We onboard a maximum of five new clients per month, so every account gets senior review before anything is submitted. Clients onboarded this month get their first 90 days of maintenance free with paid setup; maintenance then bills at $147/month and can be cancelled any time.

Your Veriforce® account, cleared to bid — done for you.

For US industrial contractors with 20–100 employees. You forward the documents; we build the profile, write the missing safety programs, submit and resubmit until every required item is accepted for your hiring client, then keep it there.

Rescue accounts are quoted only after a free account review.

Independent service — not endorsed, sponsored, approved by, or affiliated with ISN Software Corporation, Avetta, LLC, or Veriforce, LLC.

What Veriforce® actually requires

A hiring client tells you to register on Veriforce® before you can bid. Opening the account is the quick part. Passing review is not.

Veriforce® reviews six things. The first five are the ones we complete for you; operator-qualification and drug-and-alcohol records are held to a separate standard and are not part of our setup:

A rejected document costs another review cycle.

We complete the questionnaire in full, write the missing safety programs to your trade, and resubmit until every required item is accepted for your hiring client. Then maintenance keeps it there.

Start to accepted

Four steps, one loop, and one outcome.

  1. 01 Day 0 Agreement signed Scope, the guarantee window and the refund remedy in writing — before any payment.
  2. 02 Days 1–3 You send documents Insurance certificates, OSHA logs, rosters. An afternoon, with our checklist.
  3. 03 Days 4–10 We build and submit Profile built, questionnaire completed, missing safety programs written to your trade.
  4. 04 Days 10–25+ Platform review Each cycle often runs 10–15 business days on the platform’s side.
  5. Accepted Every required item in accepted status. You are cleared to bid.

Step 4 repeats. A rejected item comes back, we rework it and resubmit — at no extra charge, with no resubmission limit — until the platform accepts it. That review loop is the part we take over.

Review time belongs to the platform, not to us: the guarantee covers our work being accepted, not their clock.

What the $1,495 setup covers on Veriforce®

Your written safety programs are included — every one your hiring client requires. Written to your trade and your actual operations, then revised and resubmitted until the platform accepts them.

Other firms sell you the documents and leave you to submit them yourself; here they are part of the setup fee, at no separate charge, however many the platform asks for.

The setup fee covers:

  • The prequalification questionnaire completed in full
  • Every written safety program your hiring client requires — authored to your trade and operations, at no per-program charge
  • OSHA 300 / 300A log formatting and upload
  • EMR broker-letter coordination
  • COI collection, checked against your hiring client's stated requirements
  • Submission, with every resubmission, through acceptance of every required item for your named hiring-client connection

Operator qualification (OQ) is not included. Worker OQ testing and evaluation is delivered by Veriforce® or an authorized evaluator, not by us. If your hiring client’s mandate is operator qualification, we tell you that at the free review and refer you out — we do not take a setup fee for work we cannot do. Drug-and-alcohol program administration is outside our scope as well; the document work around it is scoped and quoted separately at the free review, before anything starts.

We never ask for your password. Your administrator adds us as a named user on your own Veriforce® account, and you can remove our access any day.

The complete base and add-on schedule is on the pricing page, and the intake form is on the main page. The refund wording is on the guarantee page. On ISNetworld® or Avetta® instead? The ISNetworld® breakdown · The Avetta® breakdown.
