The requirement that stops your bids

It usually starts with an email. A hiring client tells you to register on ISNetworld® or Avetta® before you can bid the next job. Until that account exists and passes review, you are off the bid list.

Opening the account is the quick part. Passing review is not. The platform scores your written safety programs (ISNetworld® calls them RAVS®), your MSQ or PQF answers, the EMR letter from your broker, your COI, and your OSHA 300 and 300A logs. Generic template answers are a common reason submissions get rejected.

Each review cycle often runs 10–15 business days on the platform's side. A rejected program costs another full cycle. Two or three rejections can keep a contractor off the bid list for months. That review loop is the part we take over.

    Agreement signed. Scope, the guarantee window, and the refund remedy are in writing before any payment. Nothing is sent until an agreement is signed.

Worked example (illustrative): a 40-person mechanical contractor whose hiring client requires five written safety programs — $1,795 setup (two programs included) + 3 × $349 = $2,842 one-time, then $147/mo maintenance. Add +$49/mo per extra hiring client or +$99/mo for a second platform if needed.

Maintenance billing, plainly: $147/mo, billed monthly, month-to-month. Under the current offer it starts after your first 90 free days. Cancel any time by emailing [email protected] — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period, and no further months are charged. The signed agreement carries the same terms.

The guarantee

Green status reached, or your setup fee is refunded.

Guarantee scope: "green status" means the platform's own published passing state (an A or B grade on ISNetworld®; green flag status on Avetta®) for the one named platform + hiring-client connection in your agreement. If that status is not reached within the guarantee window stated in your agreement (a fixed number of weeks, shown before you sign and before any payment), the $1,795 setup fee is refunded in full, to your original payment method, within 10 business days. Excluded: client-caused delay, inaccurate information, and hiring-company criteria beyond the platform's published requirements.

The guarantee window in the current agreement is 12 weeks, counted from our receipt of your complete documents. You see it in the agreement itself before you sign and before any payment.

We're new, and we won't pretend otherwise: no invented "thousands served" numbers. What we offer instead: a fully published base and add-on schedule (none of the 26 US done-for-you firms we verified in July 2026 publishes a complete one), a refund-remedy guarantee in writing, and a named human who answers for every submission.

Honest answer: the platforms control review speed. Cycles often run 10–15 business days each and can repeat, and nobody can honestly promise their timeline. What we commit to in writing is OUR side: how fast your complete documents become a submission. Beware of "overnight" claims; the review queue makes them impossible.

If your account doesn't reach the defined green status for your named hiring-client connection, the setup fee is refunded per the agreement — scope, client duties, and exclusions are shown before you sign. That's a contract remedy we chose to put in writing; it's not how the platforms themselves operate.

We never ask for your login. Your admin adds us as a named individual user on your own account (we confirm the exact arrangement for your platform at intake), and we never ask for, hold, or share your password. You keep your credentials, you can remove us any day, and every document we produce is yours, exportable, forever.

ISNetworld® and Avetta®. Any hiring client whose requirements run through those two platforms is in scope. If your client uses a different system, ask us at the free review. If we can't handle it, we'll say so on that first call.

Included: everything in the pricing table above, through green-status determination. On you: gathering the source documents from your files/broker/accountant (our checklist makes it an afternoon), adding us as a named user, and confirming facts we can't know: your equipment, your chemicals, your people. Maintenance is $147 per month, month-to-month, and may be canceled as provided in the signed agreement.
